This is arguably the best interview I’ve seen for Peninsula as it tells the story in context of the company’s strengths:
1. Wayne’s Technical authenticity, ability & credibility in the Industry
2. How we got to here and what the mission is ie America’s largest URA producer & refiner
3. The significance of the US URA market
4. Availablity of the workforce
5. PEN’s client base and sales ability - how they can maximise prices
6. The insight into the URA market nuances and seasonality

My only criticism of Wayne is he quite obviously tired, working long hours and he’s way too humble.
