Correct and correct. IMO your reasoning is 100% correct and none of it will ever be exposed as there will be no $ for administrators ( should it get to that) to look into anything and RT will put in a nominal offer for $1 assuming they don't already have all technology and design rights to total work done especially if there is any outstanding payments due. If there is a performance or quality issue with chip etc etc that is a whole other legal minefield ( that NUH can't IMO afford to fight) hence RT would probably IMO sit on hands and await end game at which their shareholding would have most weight with administrator / receiver and the end. Lots of assumptions but far more likely than any fantasy that a small shareholder will organise and fund a challenge to administrator / receiver as if those shareholders believing that should have taken action 12 months ago and again recently as now it is near impossible and pissing time and $ up wall. It is likely small holders IMO will be totally stripped of all cash ( done) and assets ( mostly done) all due to structure, major holders and reality that unless something of value comes good it is over.
Only competitor to RT in regards to wanting ( if they don't already have all rights to 1 version of chip etc) is management selling that to themselves and restarting again in partnership with RT and clearing out of all listed costs - shareholders - zero . RT have em by the nuts 100% as no other chip manufacturer will take on the design IMO . RT etc collect IP , methods and patents as a means of blocking other companies and is a small % of their overall research budget.
The only 1 savior to all this is if RT have enticed one of their clients to use chip or software in a device and there is a deal of some sort imminent and it is 100% backed by RT. They will then milk this and use their strength in relationship that NUH would be getting small trail and it would still not be enough for it to exist in current listed format - very slim odds.
