If its a placement to one or 2 institutions then the discount will be 5% max or probably less. If they were to buy on market they would drive the SP up and pay more.
The only risk for them is the timing of the SC decision. After all this time already gone by its a good get by the placement buyers/s.
I would think it would be a placement of around 30 to 40 million shares.
It removes an overhang worry holding the SP back.
