Damien didn't you know that anyone that has bought property in the last few years is nothing more than a dumb hick that has been conned!
Look at all the flashy pictures attached to the majority of certain poster's posts - reminds you of a slick salesman "selling" his story. On top of that they rejoice in other peoples potential pain with the caveat that it is for the greater good ... lol. The plain fact of the matter is that they are just greedy (which is fine) but they try to make out that they are taking an altruistic position.
