How a stock acts after a CR is announced tells you a lot. If it can trade well above the CR price that shows there is a lot of underlying demand for the stock, if it immediately falls below the CR price it's telling you there's very little demand for the stock. 5.8m shares traded BELOW the CR price already today, single digits coming imo
