    The Dec quarter there was $32.9M in cash - then the $21.2m at the end of the March Quarter. Assuming there is $10M in cash after June quarter.
    At this SP level a min of $15M-$20M boost would be required. Lets hope its between 0.42-0.45 Cents. The dilation would be 47M - 48M extra shares added to the existing 380M. Not ideal, but not the end of the world with the unknown removed. Here's hoping the share price will be north of $1 at the end of September after the SC ruling. GLTA
