The placement holders aren't going to hold for the punt and will sell as much as they can before target depth is reached.
So need to rinse through 4 million dollars now at 1.5c. Their options won't be issued until after shareholder approval which will probably be after Target Depth is reached so they wont' be able to sell these unless they have an existing option position. The drill now becomes a free option punt for them ?.
