UBS has valued PLS on a pure NPV calculation?
Do you understand how an NPV calculation works?
Saying PLS is worth $1 per share on an NPV basis is a moronic way to frame it. They could have used a discount rate of 12 - 15% in which case the residual value is fantastic.
Sensitivity of the NPV to changes in Lithium price is also an incredibly important factor.
Thanks for your insights though, I was feeling really nervous reading your posts for a minute there.
