    Yeah. The BNZ bank in NZ is just now farming out telephone staff to India. I said to my bank manager that it was a silly idea and to push Unith up-the-line.
    An Indian in India would know nothing about NZ. A Unith Avatar would do a much better job.
    Its the bank's money to waste I guess
