Too many variables to even attempt to guess. Both sides are inflating the casualty numbers of the other side, which is to be expected. I do believe that the Ukrainians lost more troops during their counteroffensive than the Russians during their current one, simply because the different tactics and lack of long range missiles. glide bombs, and artillery fire.
I believe that the numbers on both sides are significant, but nowhere near to what has been circulated.
