Do insiders know somwthing we don't? Could be. Mesothelomia interim results gathered from US are due in march 2011. Practitioners and pharma reps would know exactly what is what.

Other trial BNO 105P was still recruiting when I checked in US.

Some other factors weighing on market include :

Need to update their products. Commentators on NASDAC refer to "patent cliff" i.e. Many compunds run out of patent production. Some pharmas are reportrd to be on look out for new investments.

Also I stumbled on article (unable to find again) mentioning the amazing low price of OZ biotecs.

As to whether we are under assault, I doubt it. From ASIC morsels gleaned and newspaper articles, ASIC is keeping a close eye on proceedings. I believe the greater ennemi is current low price. Stock caught up with xso (small ord). The health index itself is off from highs dragged in my view by Sigma.

I do not know about what impact if any compulsory acquisition would have on share price. In the case of CAA it was detrimental in early 2010.
