Biggest risks, imo...
big pharma buy shares (indirectly thru affiliates) and cap sp, then make low ball offer(s). Example RAP.ASX.
Or...
management and territory sales staff live the high life and costs explode. Example AHZ.ASX
likelihood of above I think is very low, and I hope it doesn't happen, but don't count chickens before they hatch with asx start-ups. Been burnt before (see examples above).
