    Thanks, just had to ask as this isn't really my space admittedly either. I mainly follow US tech and some Aussie tech but never so many shell companies just for a deal between two not so seperate companies. Only time I have ever come across a few for one deal was researching a Chinese company. IMO these leases have to be addressed before anything, then again delays are the norm around here right.
