Pezz, if they want to have a controlling interest they'd have to buy more shares sometime in the future (additional to this proposed placement) or participate in a further placement? Seems that if they wanted to get to that level via placement, shareholders would at some stage need to vote on it. Yes, or no? In fact, what's stopping them accumulating shares at market and slowly building the controlling stake? That would be better for shareholders.
