2. You don't want to save on potential tax liabilities by using accumulated losses within FFX? FMD I do.
3. Yes there is a reason. It's been outlined. Though I agree they need to resolve it. If the Junta aren't willing to make it official they need to write it off and close the corporate link in Jersey.
