The "Proposed issue of securities" clearly says the "shares" are not in voluntary escrow !! I would not trust the "jibber jabba" words regurgitated by these clowns in the slightest. From what I've read, ATL are free to do what they want with the shares and there is no more "good faith" between the 2 parties ..........
