On the Slater Gordon Website, it classifies SGR investors into 3 types of Group Members as below.

• Acquired an interest in Star shares between 29 March 2016 and 13 June 2022(inclusive) (Acquisition Shareholders); or
• Acquired an interest in Star shares at any point before29 March 2016 and continued to hold those shares until 14 June 2022 (Retained Shareholders); or
• Acquired long exposure to Star Shares by entering into equity swap confirmationsin respect of Star Shares between 29 March 2016 and 13 June 2022,

The Registration Form I received belongs to the 3^rd type “Eligibility: Acquisition and Retained”. Before I make my decision to join in or opt out, I would very much appreciate knowledgeable holders who could answer my questions below.

Q1) what is the meaning of equity swap confirmations? Is it something to do with the name change from ECHO Entertainment (EGP) to SGR or demergered from Tabcorp Holdings (TAH) originally?

Q2) Do I need to submit all the transaction documents? Can I just submit all the DRP transaction documents between 26/3/2016 and 13/6/2022 and not the original demerger scheme of arrangement and two Renounceable Rights Issues?

Q3) How much do you think the payout will be for each share owned between 26/3/2016 and 13/6/2022? Will the payout include shares before 26/3/2016 and after 13/6/2022?
