And Yes -- the current share Price and Market Cap of EXR -- realistically -- is so far away from the Potential Value of what could and should be produced (by Larger Producers) over the Future Lifetimes of EACH location --
Yes -- there is ALWAYS a risk -
However - I feel once Grandis is proven and On-Sold -- with some retained monies from the sale -- EXR will start to look at a few other opportunities -- and we could see multiple successes in various locations---
Yes I am an optimist --but surely--- there is enough bad, sad and disappointing sh*t going on in the World in the World -- maybe WE deserve a bit of Joy and success...
