Returns are now starting to look very attractive and l want
to dip the toes but unlike the REITs the chart of APA is relentlessly heading South and there is no respite it seems.
(Buy on a Monday and you know by Friday it will be lower? At least REITs do show tradable positive movements?)
l am going to wait until this thing stabilises. (You would imagine 8% yield must be a floor???)
