    Hundreds of shells out there with no cash -no assets and high holding costs - if this market doesn't turn most won't survive. Unless ICG changes direction and acquires an exciting asset the market embraces more dilution - billions of shares on issue and another old woofer in the animal shelter hoping someone with a kind heart adopts the old dog.
