i personally expected a slightly worse EBITDA than reported because I've been following this stock since 2018 and the best quarters are the december and April ones because of the tourism dynamics in SE Asia(it's almost the exact opposite of Europe)
the eye opening thing for me was why cash on hand didn't go up but it seems that they paid back a lot of debt this quarter.
you are right to always be suspicious of management in any stock you own and as far as the increase in commission to junket operators I am not 100% sure so I won't say anything in case I give you the wrong information
