No leader would even contemplate saying anything as sensitive as that, let alone HOPE that it would not crash on his watch.

No right leader would speak out about such things, and it is not about being politically correct or not.

I know he wants to stir things up but a leader must know what to say.

Imagine Jerome Powell saying that if the market crashes, we would have a recession. Everyone knows that, but he does not have to say it. Coming from a person of authority.

Unless of course, he wishes it to come true- lets have a market crash on the eve of the election.
