The Brazilians are hyper aggressive and are packing up their local options in the hope of picking up some African prospects. They will keep bidding until they get what they want, sooner or later they will look at PCL/WDS and see an opportunity......there's always a bigger fish.
For me this is great news for Shareholders. Woodside look like they have spread themselves thin and may be looking for a quick flip in favor of prospects that are closer to production and keep their holders happy in the short-term.
