directors moving on is a good thing IMO
too often do people lead a company well from exploration to discovery but do not have the experience or knowledge to take it to the next stage
on the business side where access to capital or making a merger or acquisition deal requires a whole new set of skills
no time for romantic notions
do your job
move on
make space
get new people on board
progress!
