DGR Takeover Price, page-15

I am hoping that DGR is subject to a takeover where money will go directly to its holders.... yes, that's you and me. If SOLG is sold first, guess who will then be able to distribute any money earned from the sale of DGR's share. You know, the same major shareholder of SOLG who will reap tens of millions of pounds for himself apart from being paid tens of millions over the years, so he'll be very well looked after, while the rest of DGR holders will be allocated a dividend and probably the greater majority will be retained by DGR board for other purposes. Their gravy train continues. While the incompetence, lies and their own self-interests, which Mather and his selected directors have perpetrated on the rest of us will be allowed to continue unabated. DGR after the sale of SOLG will be next to worthless because our 'board' have well and truly f....ed up any and all of our other daughter companies. It is now a waiting game to see if someone or entity actually is prepared to buy SOLG outright and they see DGR as a way of achieving and assisting in this end result. 10 cents a share will give me a slight profit but when one considers the time involved, we have lost so many other opportunities that could have been available. I don't trust Mather and board...do any of you?
