The West is cooked. There is no long term vision vs China which operates on 5 and 10 year plans that don't deviate.
US is a rotating musical chair of 3 yrs govt term (3 yrs with 1 year of nothing but election campiagn crap) which barely is enough time to figure out what gender they are.
