I don't understand what the legal basis for the claim can be?
Resmed announced results on August 3rd 2023. Analysts lowered price targets citing margin pressures etc.
The share price then dropped~$40usd.
Wheres the fraud? Wheres the legal case?
If this is indeed the reason for the ~5% drop on the NYSE, then that is really stupid.
