Bought a few more shares just before the close but am not sure what to make of this delay. Something has to be announced soon as the quarterly is due next week, but a rehash of the same story won't do. Gino needs to add something of substance as right now the lack of info is actually having a negative effect on the sp imo, at a time of record gold prices. On some days the value of the gold contained at Sturec has increased by more than any likely offer, yet the company still hasn't struck a deal.

There's not really 12 interested parties imo as the Chinese won't make competing bids, they'll collude to ensure the cheapest price possible is paid. It really is the original offer versus a likely Chinese offer and that's about it imo.

Just get the damn deal done Gino so we can all move on before the company needs a further equity raising.

I wonder if Gino has contemplated selling the entire company and including accelting more cash upfront instead of the royalty in any offer. They could distribute the cash and hold enough to allow for a new ipo that could hold the lithium project and any new acquisitions. Current MTC holders could get in-specie shares in Newco as part of the ipo and maybe raise $10m prior to listing.

Just a thought while I wait for Gino to update the market. I wonder if this changes the likely tax implications with Slovakia Govt?
