    "The NAB Asset Finance Facility was increased by an additional $3.4 million to be utilised for new PCEs as well as expeanding the manufacturing facilities"..? Are we expecting more than 9 PCEs? Wasn't there a cap raise in Feb for 9 PCEs where debt wasn't possible for PCEs, now we are taking debt on for the PCEs?
