IMO the role of the directors is to create share holder value. If I bought in 12 months ago my shares have gone nowhere. Hit gas and then reward yourselves with options. Not before. So far all they have delivered is bringing pbr to the table, and q few dollars in the kitty. This is not shareholder value for the long term if there is no gas.
