tshipi has been such valuable contributor to omh earnings and will help to smooth cashflow at times of high manganese price in a disconnect period for ferro alloy prices. ie if manganese market does become more of an input to batteries it conceivable the price could be higher in a soft steel environment which wouldn't be good for omh unless it keeps the tshipi cash cow. Keeps omh sort of vertically integrated.
