    It's flagged price sensitive! What a delay/stuff up in a small funding initiative PS!

    Either unsuccessful or perhaps increased in which case the latter would not require an extension - unless a new party arrived in the final hours!

    Just pondering and history shows GBE are no strangers at correcting ann's in the past - now a CR - seriously!
