Hi, IMO any thought of linking the Capital Raising to a fund shortfall - is a smoke screen. The CR is to be linked to either a future ramp up or M&A. HengHou will partner the M&A and exercise their options at the opportune time. The EGM is just to finalize things. A reminder, management had set up a credit facility for any fund shortfall. Why would they cancel it and dilute stock instead? And why would management call a EGM for just a fund shortfall? No, the EGM is need for something bigger. All my opinion. Bye
