Not sure why Dave would reference that share price run in a quarterly... especially after the subsequent decline / flatlining... unless they were hoping to replicate the run from 3c to 15c somehow...
The only way that would happen in the short term is if 4DS are close to a development deal or some sort of partnership to solidify industry validation.
Dave wouldn't bother flying out to discuss just normal operations... imo they are close to penning a deal of some sort.
