• Acquisition agreement completed to acquire an 80% interest in EPMs 14694 (“Simon Project”and 11898 (“Anderson Project”
• IBG paid AML a total of $100,000 for the 80% interest in both projects with Paladin Energy Limited’s subsidiary Summit Resources holding a 20% stake in both EPMs (and exclusive rights to any Uranium mineralisation)
It looks like AML just bit the dust - placed into voluntary administration and suspended from the ASX!
Given our limited cash resources, I hope that's not an omen for IBG! - the upcoming meeting should prove interesting!
