Judging by the less than overwhelming reaction to the news,it could be the reputation of the HRZ Board,blandished as it is by the addition of an ex GSR director, is such that the 'market' won't believe it until the gold ingots have landed at the Perth Mint.And the Director has given them a bite to make sure they're kosher.
