Well there you go! I was wrong... there IS a SPP! Amazing. And the discount is quite small.
This looks to be just a standard cap raising with a ton of dilution imo. The barrels are just being bought to expand on their whisky offerings down the track - ie - finished in a Olorosso barrel. Not much else to this announcement.
Always a bit skeptical when I read about a tie up with another directors company.
