The purpose of the funds, the pricing and deal structure, who is coming on the register- are they a long term hold or traders, etc., all need to be taken into account.
I'm withholding judgement until we see the terms & names. Like you and NZT suggest - if it's a strategic placement, with somebody who gives us more clout, exposure, or opportunities, I'm all for it. Certainly Gary has promoted SNT as cashed up till mid-next year, so I don't expect this to be a trivial placement or required funding, but rather an opportunity too good to refuse. But we'll just have to wait and see.
