The sooner landlords are not in control of the housing for renters the better. Why is a renter paying for and subsidising a landlord's asset, then the landlord gets to claim a tax deduction. Freken bullshit that is.

Happy to give up my deductions as long as i pay zero income tax, zero tax zero deductions. Or would you like landlords to provide a charity and lose money to house the less capable.
