if you work out things like legal fees, the accounting swap from US125m to US106m and interest free repayment terms I wouldn't be surprised if the real cents per dollar for IDA shareholders is much closer to 50% than the 82% they are trying to sell. This would have been an acceptable settlement before or just after the award was issued. It's dead average considering three of four objections were already dismissed and the case should have been heard in a week.

Isn't it 61% to be received in Oct (28%) and the bal by March 2025 (33%) ie within 8 months at the most??

Certainly not ideal & hopefully the Webinar will explain why the concessions were agreed to.
