Correct. Litigation funders have their own investors to keep happy and have funded this litigation for years - they would never take on cases like this without the ability to call the shots on the litigation, and rock solid provisions for getting paid.

I am surprised that so many posters are down on this deal - how many microcaps have received a direct cash injection of 1-2 times their company's worth, without any dilution, translating to a dividend probably equating the value of shares held ? You wouldn't get that from BHP, RIO, S32, even FMG in a million years. It's the deal of the century.
