incorrect about what ? They could have filled this at 10c 5 months ago during the rights issue and been flow testing already saving all that idle rig costs. I'm not the one that has burned 6mil of shareholders cash in the meantime being a stubborn fool and had to come up with some other plan b. He's extremely lucky to have found support in the end not many other oil and gas penny stock are so lucky.
