Ah cool, yeah unfortunately they don't give a breakdown on whether that .11.7 mil is opening or closing or both. It is the gross turnover.
My data is showing an increase to the short position of 3 mill for that period. So yes it appears many were closing and some were opening.



Risky move opening new positions at this level IMO, can't help but think that it's some sort of hedging.

Just while I'm here and to add to my weekend post, today we saw further evidence that that the downtrend may be coming to an end. Looks like you're going to see a "bollie squeeze" this week therefore it generally sends the SP in one direction or another. Really want to see a MACD cross.
