Yeah, totally agree. All the uncertainty now is around the loan.
A convertible loan could mean dilution, but it depends on whether the conversion price is fixed or at market price when it happens.
A secured loan puts the project assets at risk, which isn't ideal.
An unsecured loan would be perfect. Let's wait and see what the AEV board has signed us up for.
