I would expect that Mutapa Investment Fund (Zim SWF) would want to progress the VFEX listing with as much comfort and line of site to commercials for the people of Zimbabwe as possible. Therefore, I would expect that the PPSA is now imminent with IVZ listing taking place on Friday.
Also, the Farm-In deal I suspect is contingent on the PPSA being concluded and would expect that this should fall into place very quickly following the PPSA sign-off. Perhaps days apart. IMO.
