Interesting to read Platts last weeks lithium commentary from China published by spglobal.com.
Look at the bottom third of that report.
If the Chinese weren't buying Spodumene last week because their costs of production exceeded the current spot prices, then why should we be producing more of it for them ?
Just wait and hope for prices to improve? Sounds risky.
Maybe onboarding a skilled Businessman / Director / Chair with negotiation and contract management experience before the end of the year will save us.
