Never be sorry for having a differing opinion @slange. I have spent most of my life in business swimming against the tide (& did very well in the end thanks).
I just think short traders are speculators - which some could argue makes them part of the overall problem. I've never done short selling (& never would) but I believe it involves having to borrow shares from the broker on margin (I could be wrong). In order to "profit", I believe the price has to keep falling before they purchase again at the bottom.
Doesn't make my bell ring I'm sorry. Being "overvalued" is subjective - and that is what the market a free one....supposedly.
