    StBakers and GAS playing hard ball and maybe didn't want to buy shares or lobbed low bid.

    TEG said nah we'll hold and now have to sell on market. Brokers know this. It was common knowledge that TEG wanted to sell shares. SP will likely rise once TEG out or someone buys their shares.
