What do you guys think? Is there evidence Simon can effectively delegate? They've centralised HR and undergone IT transformation. That's something. From memory I think he said managers are not paid in equity. Might have said no bonuses as well?..Can't recall exactly. Doesn't sound sustainable to me in the long run. Is he clinging on to control? Would seem so - High stock holding, small board, wants to work forever, but has said there is an intention to sell down his holding moving forward.
