I respond with "surely you aren't so biased that you can't see why DEI is necessary.

note: DEI is what NDIS is about. getting more people into jobs. but maybe thats why the right seem to hate the NDIS.

The NDIS has nothing to do with DEI.

DEI is about filling quotas with certain "minority" groups within companies. Basically you hire people based on the skin colour, sexual preferences or gender.
